Unchained Melody

由於我太喜歡這首經典情歌，因此在這裡分享這首歌的背景。這首經典情歌，在1955年由 Alex North作曲和Hy Zaret作詞，這首歌曲被翻唱與詮釋已經超過500種版本。
這首歌曲最先是由 Todd Duncan歌手演唱，並且在1955年的電影Unchained作為主題曲，之後出現了許多歌手去用不同的曲調去詮釋這首歌曲。
這首歌在1965年被The Righteous Brothers的Bobby Hatfield做全新的詮釋，他把這首歌曲改為比原唱還要慢的調，而且把高音升到#4。由於The Righteous Brothers把這首歌曲重新的詮釋之後，受到很大的回響，讓Unchained Melody再一次的受歡迎。
在1990年電影人鬼情未了(Ghost)再一次用這首歌曲作為電影的主題曲，不過這次的版本是用The Righteous Brothers的版本。我個人認為可能電影是夢幻與浪漫的電影，因此導演決定用這個比較抒情與震撼的歌聲去突出電影的感覺，讓觀眾得到共鳴。
其實這首歌在1971年被＂貓王＂Elvis Presley翻唱過，這又是另外一個版本的演唱方式，＂貓王＂Elvis Presley的歌聲把這首歌曲帶到另外一個境界。
由於這首歌非常的經典，因此很多歌手去翻唱，除了The Righteous Brothers和Elvis Presley，有名的還包括U2等人。可是我還是最喜歡的是The Righteous Brothers的版本，因為這個版本很容易感動到我，而且那種的慢調非常適合我，使我能放鬆腦袋。
